1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the company ESTECO and its professional (B2B) clients in the context of the sale of professional cosmetics and devices.

Orders are placed through our website or via a specific order form sent by email.
All orders are considered final upon written confirmation from ESTECO.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (VAT).
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card, under the agreed terms.
Payment must be made within 5 days of invoicing, unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on product availability.
ESTECO shall not be held liable for delays caused by exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, force majeure, etc.).

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval and within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

6. Limitation of Liability
ESTECO shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products if they are not used in accordance with professional recommendations.

7. Disputes
Any dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Paris and governed by French law.

8. Resale Conditions
Products purchased from ESTECO are strictly intended for resale through authorized professional channels.
Resale on marketplace platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Cdiscount, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with this condition may result in the immediate suspension of the commercial relationship and legal action in the event of damage to the brand image.
